Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern access to Kylian websites, software, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the organization you represent.
For paid or pilot services, the Kylian contracting entity is the entity identified in the applicable order form or service agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use reasonable security measures, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the permissions you grant to users and integrations.
The service
Kylian helps property teams receive communications, assemble context, coordinate tasks, and update authorized systems. Features may use artificial intelligence and may change as the service improves.
Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect. Customers remain responsible for their properties, legal obligations, safety decisions, financial decisions, housing decisions, and review of any workflow that requires professional judgment or customer approval. Kylian is not an emergency service.
Customer responsibilities
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes and follow applicable housing, employment, consumer protection, privacy, recording, telemarketing, and communications laws.
- Obtain required rights, notices, and consents before providing data or authorizing calls, recordings, email, or SMS communications.
- Configure approval limits, escalation rules, access permissions, and human review appropriate for each property and workflow.
- Keep source records accurate and do not direct Kylian to discriminate, mislead, impersonate unlawfully, or make prohibited decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, harm others, interfere with service operation, bypass security, probe systems without permission, distribute malware, send unlawful spam, infringe rights, or attempt to obtain unauthorized data or access.
Customer data and permissions
You retain your rights in data you provide. You grant Kylian a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and modify that data only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service and as otherwise authorized in your agreement.
You represent that you have the authority to provide customer data and instructions. Kylian may use aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify a person or customer to operate and improve the service, subject to the applicable agreement.
Ownership and feedback
Kylian and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, designs, documentation, and trademarks. If you provide feedback, Kylian may use it without restriction or payment, provided that Kylian does not identify you publicly without permission.
Fees, suspension, and termination
Fees, payment timing, usage limits, renewal, and termination rights are stated in the applicable order form or service agreement. Kylian may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, material breach, nonpayment, or harm to the service or others.
On termination, access ends and customer data is handled according to the applicable agreement and data management policy. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination remain in effect.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Kylian disclaims implied warranties unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Kylian does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular business result, or that automated output will always be accurate.
Any warranty, indemnity, limitation of liability, governing law, dispute process, or service level for a customer engagement is governed by the signed agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
Kylian may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Questions can be sent to team@usekylian.com.
